Customer Terms & Refund Policy

1. Service

Synix Homes is a property-management application operated by SYNIX AI SOLUTIONS L.L.C-FZ. It lets you record properties, tenants, rent, bills, documents and reminders. We do not hold rent payments or act as a payment intermediary between you and your tenants.

2. Plans and subscriptions

Free supports up to 3 properties with basic tracking and no AI features. Pro is $29/month for up to 25 properties and opt-in AI features. Portfolio is $79/month for unlimited properties, opt-in AI, scheduled email reports and WhatsApp reminders, subject to your preferences and delivery limits. Scheduled email and WhatsApp are Portfolio features.

Prices are in USD, billed monthly. A paid subscription begins only when you complete checkout and renews monthly unless cancelled. Creating a Free account does not start a paid subscription. Live bank feeds and continuous utility or mailbox syncing are not currently available features.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period; you retain paid access until that period ends. The Free plan remains available without a paid subscription.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact rawad@synixsolutions.io with the invoice reference. No automatic refund or guaranteed refund timeline is promised. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

5. Your data

You retain your rights in the data you enter. The app provides exports in supported sections. Account-deletion requests are recorded in Account Settings and handled manually. There is no instant automated account deletion or guaranteed completion deadline. These terms do not promise a particular data-retention period. 6. AI and professional advice

AI features are optional and off by default. AI insights, valuations and document analysis are informational tools, not professional tax, legal or financial advice. Review outputs and consult a qualified professional for decisions requiring professional advice.

7. Acceptance and optional features

You accept this version of the Customer Terms, including the cancellation and refund policy, by selecting the agreement checkbox and continuing. Acceptance is recorded for your signed-in account with the version and time. Viewing this page alone does not record acceptance.

Agreeing to these terms does not enable AI, email reports or WhatsApp. Those choices have separate controls and consent. For questions about these terms or your subscription, contact rawad@synixsolutions.io.
