Privacy Notice
Synix Homes is operated by SYNIX AI SOLUTIONS L.L.C-FZ. This notice explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. It is informational and does not create binding terms beyond your existing legal rights.
Information we handle and why
- Your account: your email address and full name, used to authenticate you, address you, and manage your access to the app.
- Portfolio content you enter: properties and addresses, financial figures such as rent, bills, installments and valuations, tenant contact details, leases, notices, reminders and rent checks.
- Documents and images you upload: title deeds, leases, receipts and other files you choose to store.
- Alert destinations: the email addresses you add so the reminders and alerts you enable can reach the right people. WhatsApp alerts are not available yet; when they are, any WhatsApp numbers you add will be handled the same way.
Early-access requests
If you use the "Request early access" form on our public page, we collect your name, your email address and a property-count range. We use them only to contact you about early access and your launch invitation — the consent you tick covers those updates and nothing else. No account is created and no payment is taken by requesting access. These details are not sold and are not shared for advertising, and no marketing list is built from them. To ask us to remove your request, contact us at the address below.
Where your data is processed
Synix Homes is built and hosted on the Base44 platform. Base44 provides the app hosting, the authentication that manages your sign-in, the storage for your uploaded files, and the AI service described below. Your account credentials and sign-in sessions are managed by Base44 authentication.
How your files are stored
- Photos and documents you upload are stored privately. The app opens them through a short-lived signed link that is tied to your signed-in session.
Legacy file transition
Some files uploaded before private storage was enabled still exist at their original storage-provider links. We have reported those links to the provider for deletion, but final expiry is still pending. The app blocks display of those legacy links and does not claim they are fully deleted until the provider confirms.
AI features (opt-in)
AI features — insights, valuations, document analysis and the assistant — use Base44's AI service to process your portfolio content, uploaded documents and chat text. AI is off by default. You explicitly turn it on, and you can withdraw consent at any time in Account Settings. We do not control how long Base44 retains data after processing, and we make no retention guarantee about data once it has been processed by the AI service.
WhatsApp alerts (not available yet)
WhatsApp alerts are not available yet. When the feature is enabled, reminders and alerts could be delivered by WhatsApp through Twilio. You would add recipient numbers and grant consent in the app, and you could revoke consent or remove numbers at any time. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. A recipient could reply STOP to opt out of further messages.
Billing (when enabled)
When paid plans are available, subscription billing is processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details; we do not store full card numbers. Paid plans are currently not available for purchase.
Session security
Your sign-in sessions are managed by Base44 authentication. Use Sign out in the app to end your session, and keep your password confidential. We do not collect analytics on how you use the app.
Your access, correction and deletion requests
You can view and edit your portfolio data directly in the app. You can request deletion of your account and data from Account Settings; the app records your request. Deletion is handled manually — there is no automated instant deletion, and we do not guarantee a completion deadline. To arrange or follow up on a deletion request, contact rawad@synixsolutions.io. Signing out does not delete any data.
